ENROLLMENT NOTICE FOR ALL FAMILIES

Current & Newly Enrolled Athena families: The enrollment process for the 2019-2020 school year is now underway. If you have not already, please fill out and submit your Re-enrollment Form via your Parent Login.  The Re-enrollment Form is due for all families by Friday, January 11th.  If you plan to re-enroll, a fee of $350 is also DUE on Friday, January 11th. 2019-2020 Tuition and Fees are available on the Admissions page of our website.

If you are considering whether to enroll your child in Kindergarten at Athena, please make time to speak with your child’s guide soon. Our Education Director, Mandy Waid, is also available to answer any questions you may have about staying for Kindergarten at Athena.

If your child has a sibling you wish to enroll at Athena, you will need to submit an Application for Admission, including a one time application fee of $100, to the office immediately. Siblings of currently enrolled students will receive priority for enrollment for the 2019-2020 school year, but only if we have an application on file!

Waiting Pool families: In December, we begin enrollment for the 2019-2020 school year with the enrollment of current students, followed by the enrollment of their siblings. In mid February, we will begin enrollment for children in our waiting pool and will be prioritizing applications received by Friday, December 7th. Waiting pool applicants are considered according to space availability and our need to balance age, gender, diversity, and temperament in the classrooms as well as the date of application.

If you have a child who will be eligible for the Primary program (2.5 – 5 years old), or have questions about your child’s readiness for Primary, we ask that you review our handouts Milestones for Primary Readiness and Toileting Tips, also available on our website.

Meanwhile, we request that you keep us updated with your current contact information, and stay tuned to our monthly newsletters for additional updates. Thank you for your continued interest, and please don’t hesitate to contact our Education Director at Mandy@AthenaMontessoriAcademy.com at anytime during this process.

If you are no longer interested in being considered for enrollment, we request that you assist us in streamlining our enrollment process by kindly filling out our waiting pool survey that went out last month, informing us that you would like to be removed from the Athena waiting pool.

2019-2020 Tuition and Fees are available on the Admissions Page of our Website.
