Monster Meditations – Practicing Wait Time with the Senses 



In today’s challenging times, practicing mindfulness can help children to healthily manage a big range of emotions. Sesame Street has teamed up with Headspace to create meditation and mindfulness shorts for children. In six short videos on YouTube, several characters will learn various techniques to manage stressful everyday scenarios.
