We are always reviewing applications for candidates interested in joining our team of dedicated staff for teaching and administrative positions. All interested candidates should complete the following steps to apply:
  1. Review our website, including our staff page and DEI/ABAR page.
  2. Prepare a cover letter letting us know why you want to join our community and why you are a good fit for the role and our school.
  3. Prepare a resume.
  4. Prepare three references (one supervisor, one colleague, and one parent/client).

  • Health Benefits

    Up to five days of paid leave if required to report for Jury Duty.

    In addition to paid days off when Athena is closed, employees accrue one day of paid time off per month.

    Up to 12 weeks of unpaid parental leave for employees in their first year.
