Cesca Longoni (She/Her)

Hi! My name is Cesca and I am super excited and blessed to be entering my fourth year at Athena!

 

I grew up in San Jose, CA and then made my way to Boston for college. In May of 2021 I graduated from Boston University with a degree in Psychology and then packed up and moved to Texas! During my time in Boston, I spent six months working in a kindergarten classroom and it was such a humbling and rewarding experience. Realizing the impact I was having on young minds was incredibly inspiring. From then on, I knew working with children was a path I wanted to pursue. When I discovered Athena and learned of Athena’s mission and values, I immediately knew it was going to be the perfect place for me to grow! 

 

Three years later and I truly have grown and been inspired in many ways! I am very excited to announce that I am currently enrolled in Age of Montessori to receive my Montessori training and certification to become a Lead Guide! This coming school year I will begin my internship and complete my training by May! I am looking forward to this journey and to expanding my Montessori knowledge! 

In my free time, I love to spend time with my family and friends, read, and watch my favorite tv shows! 

 

I look forward to another year here at Athena and cannot wait to see how your wonderful children continue to impact my life!
